RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Hyogen & Co., customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Our Returns Policy applies to all products purchased from Hyogen & Co. The policy is designed to ensure that you have a positive shopping experience with us.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:

We take great care in ensuring that all products and services are of the highest quality. However, if you encounter any damage or issues with your purchase, we are here to help. 

If you receive a product that has been damaged or defective, or receiving the wrong item, please contact our customer service team via email within 72 hours of receiving the product. We will review your request, and provide further instruction on how to proceed with the claim. 

ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGES:

If you are not satisfied with your product purchase, you may be eligible to request a return and send back your item(s) for store credit within 15 days of purchase.  Customers can use the store credit to place another purchase. To be eligible for a refund in store credits, the product must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

REQUEST FOR A REFUND:

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at customerservice@hyogenandco.com
  2. Provide your name, order number, and reason for requesting a refund
  3. Our customer service team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed with the refund process
  4. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-14 business days. 
  5. Once your return is received, you will be issue a store credit that can be used for another purchase
